Sales Assistant - Rokers Tack Shop
Are you a keen equestrian who is looking for some experience in a Tack Shop where you will get discounts on all your horsey items?? We are looking for a full time sales assistant for our busy, fast paced and growing Tack Shop.  You must be fun, friendly and energetic to join our small, happy, equestrian team.

Some of the responsibilities undertaken are:

Working with the team to ensure the smooth running of the shop
Serving customers and offering a high standard of customer service at all times
Fitting safety items such as hats, body protectors and boots (training is provided)
Maintaining a good level of knowledge regarding products, promotions and offers
Answering customer queries and providing advice on products
Restocking shelves, rotating and pricing all stock throughout the day to make sure that the shop area is suitable for customers
Keeping the shop floor clean, tidy and presentable

Skills and experience required:
Sales experience preferable
Must have great customer service skills
Must have a proactive can-do attitude
Must have good attention to detail
Must be a strong team player
Must be reliable
A big smile and a sense of humour – is also a must!
 
Training will be provided on:
Till system
Product Knowledge
Safety item fitting
Merchandising

The role is full time and includes weekday and weekend work. The role will involve spending most of the time on your feet and also requires some lifting but you will learn a lot and meet some great people.

Experienced Chef required for busy cafe kitchen located in picturesque surroundings

To cook homemade dishes, cakes and desserts.
Following food safety standards and all procedures and paperwork for the kitchen
To cover in the absence of the head chef - ordering stock and the day to day running of the kitchen.
Must be reliable and punctual.
Normal working hours are 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 to include most weekends, covering opening hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Occasional evening shifts required to cover functions.

Salary: £18,000 plus share of gratuities.

Full Time/Part Time Front of House Staff at Rokers Farmhouse

About us.
We are an established, busy, family run business serving fresh, quality food in a beautiful setting in Worplesdon, Guildford. We are open seven days a week serving breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea. We have indoor and outdoor seating facing a beautiful setting which is also perfect for hosting functions such as Weddings, Birthday Parties, Wakes and other celebrations.

Who we are looking for..
We are looking for outgoing, friendly people with great customer service to work front of house at our busy cafe. We have full time and part time positions available working five days out of seven to include weekends on a rota basis for full time or shift work for part time. The persons should be happy to work as part of a team and be flexible to help out when the Manager is away. The role entails serving customers, taking out food, clearing tables, working the till and the coffee machines.

• Minimum of 2 years previous hospitality/front of house experience essential
• 35-40 hours per week over 5 days, mainly daytime apart from occasional evening functions
