A powerful draft horse native to France, the Ardennes is one of the oldest draft horse breeds. Originating in the Ardennes region of France and Belgium, these horses had to be hardy to work the rough terrain which was laden with forests and hills.

Many breeders aspire to create their dream horse, researching bloodlines and conformation in hopes of finding the perfect combination. MorganQuest Native Sun, a striking dark chestnut Morgan stallion, is one of those dreams brought to life.

Thoroughbred Tiz the Law (Constitution x Tizfiz) is owned by Sackatoga Stable. Paired with renowned trainer Barclay Tagg and jockey Manny Franco, the 2017 stallion amassed $2.74 million in career earnings. Some of his wins include the Florida Stakes, Belmont Stakes, and Travers Stakes, as well as a 2nd place finish in the Kentucky Derby and a 6th place finish in the Breeders’ Cup to close out his three-year-old season.

Chocolatey, a 2005 dun blanket Appaloosa stallion, became a two-time Appaloosa Pleasure Horse Association World Champion, Appaloosa Horse Club World Champion, and National Snaffle Bit Association Reserve World Champion.

The Ideal Series pays homage to the stunning artwork of renowned equine artist Orren Mixer (1920-2008) and his most popular subjects – horses! Each hand-painted piece in this series was inspired by one of Mixer’s famed “ideal” horse breed paintings.

An American breed developed in the late 1800s, once known as the Kentucky Saddler, the American Saddlebred is known for its smooth and showy movement. A American Saddlebred showhorse extraordinaire, WGC Marc of Charm is known as “the people’s horse!” The chestnut stallion is a 7-time world champion and world grand champion, and was named the Five Gaited World’s Grand Champion in 2015 for his flawless gaits and exuberant personality.

New for 2021, we are introducing a Coppery Chestnut Thoroughbred. The breed is widely used for racing, but also is a wonderful mount for recreational riders. This 1:12 scale model is authentically crafted and hand-painted, and is perfect for young collectors.

The Akhal-Teke was first imported to the United States by the late Phil and Margot Case of Shenandoah Farm. The Cases were champions of this rare breed, and one of the horses to come from their breeding program is the 2005 stallion Adamek (Gindarkh x Agniya). The great-grandson of Olympic Gold Medalist Abesent, Adamek’s incredible bloodlines trace back to Russia and Kazakhstan.

Standing at 11.2 hands, “Kansas” competes in halter, trail, pleasure driving, and carriage driving for owner Cynthia Bellis-Jones of Fox Run Farm – often against Sporthorses much larger than him. He’s been named a National Champion in the Welsh Pony & Cob Society of America (WPCSA), Pinto Horse Association, the United States Equestrian Federation (USEF), and the United States Dressage Federation (USDF). His dam, the beautiful and talented GTF Blazing Ethel owned by Wayne & Nina Sue Stark, was a champion driving pony herself and obviously passed on her winning ways!

The Morgan Horse is a uniquely American breed developed in New England. Justin Morgan was a teacher and businessman who lived in Vermont. He bought a bay colt born in 1789 and called him Figure. After some time, Figure became better known as Justin Morgan's horse and the prolific bay stallion became the founding sire of what evolved into the Morgan breed. A Morgan Horse is distinctive for its stamina and vigour, personality and eagerness and strong natural way of moving. They excel as show horses and pleasure horses and are popular driving horses as well.
