This combination has a quick release attachment from the vest and from the saddle strap. It is very adjustable so suitable for the majority of saddles and is a neat and quick solution. Please check the item regularly for wear and tear and send back with vest for servicing when applicable to be checked.

The construction of the MLV2 air bags are similar to the MLV3 but this has an additional panel of lightweight padding in the back to protect the vulnerable spine when handling horses on the ground and for additional ‘belt and braces’ protection when riding. It is proving popular with hackers and also those with pre-existing conditions making the spine more vulnerable. Once the vest has inflated they also provide some level of protection to the spine if changing the canister isn’t possible and the rider faces a long hack home.

The extension straps are compatible with MLV series vests.
