The Manilla is the ultimate in year-round boilies; using not only nuts but refined milk proteins and birdfoods. Peanuts are a classic bait, carp can literally become addicted to them, however they are very high in fat and as such should only be used in small quantities. However, thanks to a unique peanut protein, which is partially defatted, Manilla can be used in large quantities all year round. As with any boilie in the Sticky range, the strength of Manilla comes from more than one ingredient. The rest of the bait is made up of refined milk proteins and birdfoods all of which have a great track record. The instant attraction, and the namesake of the range, comes from a completely natural, pure Madagascan vanilla extract that will not only result in quicker bites but also make you want to eat the whole bag yourself! Our shelf life baits are as close to the freezer bait versions as possible, with the only difference being the addition of a natural preservative. This opens the bait up for use across Europe and ensures people who are unable to store freezer baits can still use our range of baits.

Bait customisation used to be a huge part of everyone’s angling and our Hookbait Kits are designed to bring this forgotten art back to life and help you make your own customised hookbaits! Containing the same basemix and liquid package you will find in our range of bottom baits, with the added bonus of a natural toughening agent, this mix can be used to make anything from bottom baits to cork-ball pop-ups. If you want to customise your baits even further than just the size and shape of them, you can add anything from our Pure Naturals range to our Hookbait Kits. Each pot of Pure Naturals includes guidelines for their usage, so even if you are new to rolling your own hookbaits you should have no problems. Each Manilla Hookbait Kit is supplied in a 400g tub with matching liquids.

The paste of course compliments the Manilla range perfectly, with the addition of a natural preservative at the optimum level which pro-longs the life of this bait for the angler’s convenience. Pulling power and attraction are optimised thanks to a specifically fast breakdown time which makes the Manilla Paste an ideal product to wrap around your hookbaits. Furthermore, it can be used in its own right, and, by using it with mesh you can make it last a bit longer. Our exclusively sourced squid hydrolysate, a potent squid and octopus flavouring, and a multitude of powdered ingredients set Signature Squids apart from other hookbaits on the market. Traditionally fluoro hookbaits have always been a very simple product, a bit of nice flavouring and a simple base mix. We have taken this concept many steps into the future with the Signature Squids, by adding different levels of attraction from soluble fish proteins to fishy flavoured palatants. Each one adds a new dimension to these incredibly attractive hookbaits. As we know every day is different in angling, we have produced the Signature Squids with the ultimate in versatility. The result is a paste layer, which surrounds each bait in a cocoon of attraction, once submerged, this breaks away, leaving a cloudy halo around each bait. Just like the freezer bait counterpart, Manilla Active Shelf Life is specifically designed to release its attractor package even in the coldest water temperatures, meaning the outer coating will break away incredibly quickly even in the winter months. This attribute is why it’s such a brilliant instant bait despite the limiting factors that cold water carp fishing entails. Sweet, nutty and incredibly digestible, Manilla Active Shelf Life uses the same formula of milk proteins and refined nut proteins used in the freezer bait but with the addition of the smallest amount of preservative we can. Our Active Shelf Life range uses natural salts found in the hydrolysates used in the coating process to preserve them without reducing their effectiveness or their ‘active’ nature. With this in mind, Manilla Active Shelf Life has a slightly shorter use by date, compared to that of standard Manilla Shelf Life. Our Active boilies are the biggest step forward in off the shelf bait in decades and are sure to give you an edge.

After several years, we have finally created the ultimate Active Pop-Up! Manilla Active Pop-Ups feature a fluffy, light outer-coating, which has a neutral buoyancy. This means your pop-ups can be counterbalanced perfectly prior to casting out and you can rest assured your hookbait is sitting perfectly for days if necessary! Once submersed the outer coating breaks away and flutters slowly down to the lakebed, surrounding your hookbait in a halo of attraction, which perfectly matches our Manilla Active boilies. These hookbaits are suitable for heavy duty presentations, such as Chod or Hinge rigs, but can also be used on more delicate rigs too, such as the Ronnie or Multi rig.
