The Ideal Series pays homage to the stunning artwork of renowned equine artist Orren Mixer (1920-2008) and his most popular subjects – horses! Each hand-painted piece in this series was inspired by one of Mixer’s famed “ideal” horse breed paintings.

Tarquin the Thelwell pony has a cheeky personality! He loves causing chaos in the countryside and he can generally be found being mischievous where he shouldn’t be. Tarquin can stand up by himself, though if he’s feeling naughty this means he may have trotted off to create trouble whilst you weren’t looking!
