Each weatherproof bale of Hunter Woodshavings is vacuum packed with fresh, dry, softwood shavings taken directly off our UK production lines to give you a consistently, high quality and totally natural product. Aubiose is a very absorbent, dust free, equine bedding material manufactured from the soft centre of the hemp plant. ... Having laid the horse's bed in the you then need to sprinkle the Aubiose with water - about 1 gallon of water for each bale used. The purpose of this is to activate the bedding's sponge-like properties.

Friendly Green Oat ReadiGrass is made from oat forage, grown in our own fields in the heart of Yorkshire. The oat leaves, stems and fibrous husks are harvested at an early stage whilst they are still fresh and green and before any oat grain is formed. Our drying process removes only the water – retaining the natural flavour and high nutrient value of the oat forage.

Burlybed Original is made from 100% Miscanthus. Burlybed Original is quick and easy to muck out with little wastage and is quick to rot down on the muck heap, quicker than straw and shavings. In an average 12’x12’ stable we recommend using 5 to 8 bales to set up a deep bed. Top up when necessary, often as little as half a bale per week.

Supreme bales are made entirely from kiln dried softwood timber, this guarantees a naturally warm, soft and comfortable bed with a superb fresh odour.
