The loose ring cheek has greater movement than a fixed cheek which can discourage fixing and leaning. The loose brass alloy discs in the centre of the bit can help to soothe a fussy tongued horse.

A useful tool for turning horses or ponies that need to be on a regulated diet out on pasture. Cut back under the chin to avoid unnecessary pressure. A rubber base with a hole in the bottom allows grass to enter. Anti-chafe padding provides a comfortable fit. Field safe fastenings and a D-ring for easy leading.

FreeGraze grazing muzzles are proven to help with controlled or restricted feeding regimes and special diets. The Comfort Grazing Muzzles are cut back under the chin to avoid unnecessary pressure and improve the fit. The muzzle features a rubber base with a hole in the bottom through which grass can enter, reinforced nylon web bars which allow free air exchange and the anti-chafe padding around inside of the muzzle protects the delicate nose and chin. The fully adjustable harness benefits from anti-chafe padding and is fitted with a field safe fastening. A D-ring allows a lead rope to be attached. This Deluxe version is lined with synthetic wool which helps protect against chafing and improves airflow around the delicate nose area. Build up wear time gradually.
