Rokers Site Redevelopment Update

We are thrilled that the first two parts of our new Animal Feeds, Equestrian & Country store are now open. We hope you enjoy the new shop!

Construction of the final part of the new store (which will include additional shopping space and a larger warehouse) will start in August, we are aiming to open this section by Spring 2024.

Those who have visited us recently will have seen that the first part of our new retail building is up. This is the first of three parts of a large new Animal Feed & Tack retail store.

Construction of part 2 of the new building has also started (this will be sited on the old Animal Feeds car park).

The current shop is open as usual, but the entrance has moved to face the new bigger car park. All traffic should now take the FIRST LEFT when you drive off Holly Lane into Rokers; please park in the big car park and enter the shop from that side.

We aim to have part 2 of the retail building complete by Spring 2023; at this point the Animal Feed shop will move across into these 2 new buildings (with the Tack Shop residing on the first floor of building 1). Once we have moved across, the current Animal Feed shop will be demolished and part 3 will be built in its place. We hope to have part 3 open by the end of 2023.

Lots of you have been asking about the new Children’s Play Centre – the building shell is up, but unfortunately we can’t fit-out / open until the retail buildings are finished – we are sorry for the delay.

We would like to thank all our customers for bearing with us during the re-development of the site. We cannot wait to have a huge new shiny retail store open for you all in 2023!!
