Click & Collect Order Cancellations
You can cancel your Click & Collect order at any time before collection.
To request a cancellation, please email us at shop@rokers.uk with the following
details:
- The name on your account
- Your order number
This information helps us locate your order. Once we've found your order, we'll process your refund. Please note:
- Refunds can take up to 7 working days to be processed.
- After processing, it may take an additional 3–5 working days for the money to appear back in your account.

We want to speak to you too! Contact us at shop@rokers.uk or via our online chat with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We aim to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that enquiries sent on Fridays or over the weekend will receive a reply the following week (but possibly sooner).

Our store is located just oustide of Guildford with plenty of free parkling.
