Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy for both in-store and click and collect purchases.

Items purchased in-store

For items purchased in-store, please return the item to store within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items purchased online (click & collect orders)

To start a return, you can email us at shop@rokers.uk within 30 days of collecting your order; please forward us your order confirmation email, and detail which item(s) you would like to return. We will aim to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that enquiries sent on Fridays or over the weekend will receive a reply the following week (but possibly sooner). Once your return request has been accepted, you will have 14 days to return the item to store. Once the item(s) have been received in-store in resaleable condition, we will issue your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 7 working days for the money to go back into your account.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items) and safety items (riding hats & body protectors). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once the item(s) have been received in-store in resaleable condition, we will issue your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 7 working days for the money to go back into your account.
