Unwins Courgette Black Beauty (Organic)

Attractive, dark green courgettes produced in abundance over a long period of time throughout the summer. Pick the courgettes when ripe to encourage new ones to grow. Cut fruit when 10-15cm (4-6in) long. Regular harvesting prolongs the cropping season. Larger fruit can be left to grow and used as marrows. Water frequently, especially during dry spells. Use an organic fertiliser to help fruit production. Delicious fried in a little butter or oil and good used in pasta dishes or with fish.
